Earlier in the evening, my friend SaraDISH and I enjoyed a delicious meal at the Beard House with Chef Greg Vernick. Shortly after it wrapped up, we headed over to Willow Road and geared up for our second dinner. Bring on the crawfish! Thanks to Chef Jason Hua (The Dutch) and Chefs Todd Macdonald & Grayson Schmitz (Willow Road), we got to experience a taste of the South with their awesome crawfish boil, complete with andouille dirty rice, fingerling potato salad, and $5 all you can drink Labatt beer. (You’ll notice in the photo below that I was also sipping on Basil Haydens bourbon on the side. ;)) Totally loved this event!
