BAUT & Dreesmann (Amsterdam, The Netherlands)

Just had the most amazing experience at BAUT & Dreesmann, Amsterdam’s most famous pop-up restaurant by Chef Michiel van der Eerde. This meal may have been one of the best meals of my life! Every single aspect was mind-blowing and amazing: the food, the service, the ambiance, and the views. We ordered up a storm (eight dishes total) and our server was looking at us in disbelief. By the end of the meal, every plate was scraped clean and every last bite had been devoured. I am still dreaming about Chef Michiel’s outstanding food!
