Luke’s makes my favorite lobster rolls ever. There’s just something irresistible about that super fresh lobster meat, lightly coated in butter and seasoning with just a swipe of mayo on the inside of a griddled split-top bun. Perfection. (Fun fact: it takes five or 6 lobster claws just to make one lobster roll!) I also tried the clam chowder for the first time and it was awesome. Love those pickles, too!
