What better way to celebrate a birthday than with bone marrow at Blue Ribbon Bakery Kitchen? Tonight we are celebrating a very special family member’s birthday — and he absolutely loves the Blue Ribbon bone marrow! So do I. 😉 Two orders coming right up! There is something so incredible about this bone marrow — no matter how many others I try, it remains the best I’ve ever eaten. No contest. The onion marmalade is superb, and complements the marrow beautifully. This time around, it came with bacon bread. Did you catch that? BACON BREAD. Who’s the genius that came up with such a brilliant idea? Sinfully unctuous bone marrow + onion marmalade + bacon bread = the perfect bite! We also had a delicious cheese plate, Blue Ribbon’s famous fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, an ice cream sundae, and an old fashioned root beer float. What a wonderfully satisfying meal! As an added bonus, we were sitting downstairs — right next to where the bread is baked. Smells like heaven!
