It’s been way too long since I last ate at Corsino Cantina. My foodie bestie, SaraDish, and I popped in today and had the pleasure of dining al fresco. We love to people watch, especially on a gorgeous day. 😉 Since we both love Italian food, it was easy to decide on what to order: ricotta & honey bruschette (if I see this on a menu, I will always get it), prosciutto di parma & melon (a must have if you like sweet and savory), brisket meatballs (a no-brainer — I am obsessed with meatballs) and the whole wheat trofiette with summer squash & basil pesto (we weren’t sure how this whole wheat pasta would taste, but it was amazing! I would totally order this again… and again). Such a yummy meal — we will definitely be back!
