It was late at night when we arrived in the Hamptons and not many places were open. Luckily, we stumbled upon Little Red (sister restaurant of Red Bar Brassiere, also in Southampton) and the kitchen was open until 11pm. Sweet. We shared the steamed mussels and a grilled flatbread with black truffles — both were delicious. My grilled salmon entree with lemon ricotta ravioli was a great blend of fresh (salmon & spinach) and rich (ricotta & brown butter) ingredients. I’ll definitely be back!
