During a recent trip to wild and wonderful West Virginia, I had the pleasure of dining at a new restaurant in Charleston that opened earlier this year. At Noah’s, Chef Noah Miller makes everything from scratch and frequently changes the menu, depending on what’s in season. The six-course tasting menu consisted of flavors from all over the globe. I especially enjoyed the pork dumplings and the seared duck breast.
