One of my good friends (a gluten-free vegan) suggested that I try her favorite food truck, The Cinnamon Snail. At first, I was a bit hesitant — after all, anyone who knows me knows that I am a hardcore meat lover. But after seeing the look of bliss on her face after eating a CS meal, I decided to give it a shot. We checked their Facebook page to find out the daily location and waited about 30 minutes total to order and receive our food. I got the Maple Mustard Tempeh Sandwich, which I’ve heard people rave about. And I must say, it was a darn good sandwich. The roasted garlic aioli was incredibly flavorful and, after devouring the entire thing, I was pretty satisfied. Thumbs up for The Cinnamon Snail!
