Incognito

My fellow foodie, Mr. Eric Eats, knows good food. His latest pick, Incognito, was a winner with great food, a chill atmosphere, and friendly service. I’m always down for trying new restaurants, especially when they’ve got one of my favorite dishes of all time on the menu: Eggplant Parmigiana. Mr. Eats and I both ordered the eggplant as our entree, and it was sensational! Silky baked eggplant, smoked mozzarella, and rich marinara sauce… it literally melted in my mouth. (Sigh of happiness). The sausage pizza and butternut squash were also delicious. A big thank you to Mr. Eats for bringing a great group of friends together to share a hearty meal!
