I had the opportunity to travel to Italy for the first time and experience the amazing Amalfi Coast when one of my best friends had a beautiful destination wedding there. I’m not exaggerating when I say that the food there was simply the BEST. Every ingredient tasted better and fresher than anything I’ve had before. Some of my favorite meals are pictured below — a prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich on white bread, spaghetti alle vongole (spaghetti with clams), cotolettine primavera (veal milanese), and vegetable soup.
