I love steak and I love Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. When I found out that he opened a steakhouse in Las Vegas, needless to say, I was thrilled! I had one thing on my mind, and one thing only. BONE-IN RIB EYE. It lived up to all of my expectations — nice char on the outside, perfect medium rare on the inside. That piece of meat was tender and fatty, just the way I like it. I sampled a few other dishes (tuna tartare, bone marrow, surf and turf) — they were all great. I’m obsessed with the image that is plastered all over the dining room and menus at JGS (see photo below). Can you guess what it is? (The answer is in the full photo album underneath this image!)
