Jean-Georges Steakhouse (Las Vegas, NV)

I love steak and I love Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. When I found out that he opened a steakhouse in Las Vegas, needless to say, I was thrilled! I had one thing on my mind, and one thing only. BONE-IN RIB EYE. It lived up to all of my expectations — nice char on the outside, perfect medium rare on the inside. That piece of meat was tender and fatty, just the way I like it. I sampled a few other dishes (tuna tartare, bone marrow, surf and turf) — they were all great. I’m obsessed with the image that is plastered all over the dining room and menus at JGS (see photo below). Can you guess what it is? :) (The answer is in the full photo album underneath this image!)
