Checked out Michael Mina at the Bellagio while on vacation in Las Vegas. I loved the creative hors d’oeuvres, especially the foie gras PB + J and the steak tartare. The grilled smoked gouda and tomato soup were a tasty grown-up version of the grilled American cheese and Campbell’s tomato soup that I used to eat when I was a kid. This was my first introduction to Michael Mina’s food, and am looking forward to trying more at his San Francisco restaurants.
