Burger Bar (Las Vegas, NV)

I’m back in Las Vegas! Our first stop (literally straight from the airport) was Burger Bar. I haven’t had my BB fix in almost year and I’m ready for it! First up, a couple of creamy milkshakes: the Black & White (vanilla ice cream, cookie dough, chocolate sauce and chocolate whipped cream) and Salted Caramel (vanilla ice cream, Fleur de Sel, English toffee syrup, caramel sauce, and whipped cream). After all of that sugar, I’m practically begging for something savory. I sample a few bites of the Kobe burger (so juicy!) and then got to work on my own — I’m double fisting the Atlantic King Salmon Steak burger and Chef Hubert Keller’s homemade Veggie burger. The salmon steak is nice & thick and cooked to a perfect medium rare. I’m obsessed with the veggie burger because¬†the patty is made with caramelized onions, button mushrooms. lentils, green peas, brown & white rice, pumpkin puree, potato, bread crumbs and mozzarella cheese — it’s so tasty!! Best veggie burger I’ve ever had!
