Tommy Lasagna [lunch]

This Italian restaurant is a hidden gem in Gramercy. Since it is close to my office, I went there for lunch one day with no expectations. Boy, was I in for a treat! I loved the assorted aroncini (fried rice balls) and, of course, the namesake “Tommy Lasagna”! It was layer upon layer of delicious homemade pasta, melted mozzarella, creamy bechamel, and meaty bolognese sauce. Lip-smackin’ good!  And the best part is that the lunch special includes a hearty serving of lasagna and a salad for only $10. Can’t beat that deal!

Look at that cheesy, meaty goodness. You know I needed a nap after this lunch!
