I have been wanting to try Degustation for several years now, and finally made it there this month. I really liked the seating arrangement, which allows diners to watch the chefs as they prepare each dish. The menu consists of a bunch of small plates, which is my favorite way to eat — I love sampling a little bit of everything. The pork belly was fatty and tender, just the way I like it, and the scallops were perfectly seared. Extra thanks to the chefs who prepared delicious gluten-free, vegan dishes for one of my friends.
