Have I died and gone to Burger Heaven? I think so! The Commissary in Dallas has a variety of delicious burgers on its menu, including the Rib Burger, Farmer Burger, Head to Tail Burger, and Magic Burger, which we LOVED! The beef burgers were moist, juicy, and cooked medium rare. Beef is usually number one in my heart, but I have to say that the Head to Tail pork burger was my favorite of the night. How can you go wrong with ground pork, braised pig tail and cheek, AND pork belly?! It just so happened that The Commissary was celebrating its one year anniversary the night we were there, so we got to join in on a champagne toast. So much fun!
