Gotham Bar & Grill is an iconic New York restaurant that has been around for over 25 years. I am thrilled to finally try it, especially after reading about the yellowfin tuna tartare in Eater’s “Untouchables”. Chef Alfred Portale has had this dish on the Gotham menu since the late ’80s, and it’s still as amazing as ever. Fresh, crisp, and delicate with a lovely presentation. The miso marinated black cod was equally as delightful and beautiful. Added bonus for me: it came with sticky rice!
