Meatloaf with Mushroom Gravy (Home Cookin’)

Continuing in the spirit of warm and cozy homemade dishes, I decided to try my hand at meatloaf, a classic American comfort food. The recipe below contains a mix of beef, pork, and chicken as well as Worcestershire sauce and mustard (for a bit of tang). The mushroom gravy is optional (I’m not a fan of mushrooms myself, but someone in my household is ;)). Enjoy!
