Pasta is one of my favorite things in the whole world. I was absolutely blown away by the homemade pastas at Flour + Water in San Francisco! They were rich, savory, and heartwarming. The best dish of the night was the parsley tagliarini with mussels, bone marrow, and horseradish. Such a unique combination — it was incredible! The dining room was dark and cozy, and the service was great. Also loved the house made pizzas.
