During holiday dinners at home in December, I made mini Caramel Apple Cinnamon dessert drinks for our guests. I was inspired by the Caramel Apple Spice at Starbucks (so warm and cozy — perfect for the winter!)
Ingredients: Martinelli’s apple juice, a pinch of ground cinnamon, caramel sauce, and homemade whipped cream (combine heavy cream, vanilla extract, and confectioner’s sugar in an iSi Creative Whip container). Also pictured is India Tree Murray River Salt, which can be lightly sprinkled on top to enhance the flavor.
The directions are simple: Heat the apple juice and cinnamon in a pot until warm. Then pour it into a tiny cup, spray on the whipped cream, and drizzle with caramel and/or salt. Tastes just like liquid apple pie. YUM!
